This is the first of a weekly webinar video series we are creating given all the stress people are experiencing during the current COVID-19 pandemic. In this video we explore ways to use EFT to reduce fear and anxiety. Many are experiencing fears around contracting or family members contracting the coronavirus, others are feeling fear for financial loss. Fear can show up in the body as feelings of stress, overwhelm and physical discomfort while others experience disorientation and numbness. We demonstrate an Orienting EFT technique to help calm the mind and body and re-orient to the present moment.
