EFT A to Z Video Series, [Z] ZZZZZs EFT for Sleep Issues

In this video master EFT trainer of trainers Alina Frank demonstrates the tapping on the resistance to going to bed at night. EFT techniques used in this session include Basic EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, Tearless Trauma, Movie Technique, and Sneaking Away. Notice how the client’s subconscious mind brings up childhood events connected to this present issue. This is very common with a good practitioner that the client feels safe with.

To use this video as a way to “borrow benefits” for yourself, write down something that’s bothering you. Give it an intensity level of 0-10. Put that aside and just focus on tapping and repeating what’s being said. Don’t think about what you’ve written. After the session is over look back over at what you’ve written and feel the change.
