Do you market yourself as an EFT Practitioner but sometimes feel like you are lacking the art offering goal setting and coaching accountability skills?

Do your clients have emotionally powerful sessions but don’t acknowledge or recall them a month later and therefore stop their tapping sessions and are not recurrent sources of referrals?

Do you struggle with creating and aligning and achieving powerful goal setting processes, client homework and accountability techniques to help ensure life changing progress?

Do you feel skilled at EFT but never learned solid foundational life coaching concepts that you know would take your practice to the next level of success?

EFT and other Energy Psychology practitioners are typically well-trained to effectively utilize their tapping tools and skills with their clients, especially ones having worked through a certification process. Cognitive shifts, transformational moments and healing happens on a regular basis for so many of our clients. That is why so many people love these techniques.

I learned so much, especially from the role playing. Thanks Craig and Alina!

Sometimes though, when clients are asked how they liked EFT they have glowing things to see about EFT and their practitioner and yet they also report that they have not seen real actual results; ie not a major shift in their income, not having lost weight, not having had measurable changes in their health etc. They feel like they had lots of realizations and insights and weathered by the emotional intensity and yet they cannot point to significant evidence of major life changes.

We observe many EFT and tapping practitioners marketing themselves as being EFT Coaches who help people with overcoming life challenges. Most of them have minimal if any training in actually being a coach and incorporating key coaching elements One definition of a coach is: someone who professionally trains their clients to maximize their full potential and reach their desired results by supporting their clients to identify their goals, hold them accountable and provide encouragement throughout their journey to become the better version of themselves that they desire.

While tapping practitioners clearly have the skills to assist clients in discovering WHAT is Preventing them from real change and HOW to accomplish it, what often is missing is clarity on WHAT DOES THAT CHANGE REALLY LOOK LIKE IN THE REALITY OF THEIR LIVES. EFT clients almost always FEEL BETTER, but how has their lives or behaviors really changed? Co-creating a clear roadmap with the client lies at the essence of this process. Helping a client to get very clear on what evidence they want to see and achieve in their life that offers them undeniable proof of their progress (and eliminating the APEX effect) will make your sessions even more powerful.

Thank you Alina and Craig. I needed this! Such valuable and crucial info.

For that, we have designed a powerful process to help you to collaborate with clients to establish a clear step by step program using the S.M.A.R.T.E.R. goal process. S.M.A.R.T. goals are goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-Bound. S.M.A.R.T.E.R. goal-setting takes this even further, integrating the steps of ongoing evaluation and readjustments to your approach. Many of us set global goals of being healthier or happier or less co-dependent…but not put any type of measurement to them. When we don’t measure and track something, it becomes far easier to procrastinate, get distracted or think that we’ve come further along (or not as far along!) than we really have.

Join us for a powerful 3 and a half hour experiential webinar in which you will learn the step by step process of how to immediately begin implementing this powerful methodology.

It was an incredible class as always.
