Scholarship Guidelines & Application
Program Overview
The intention of our EFT Tapping Training Institute Scholarship Program is to support dedicated individuals who want to participate in our mission to train EFT practitioners by becoming increasingly empowered as agents of positive change, but who otherwise would not be able to enroll at the full rate. We are grateful to be able to extend aid at this time to a limited number of students in the form of partial scholarships for most of our courses and programs.
Because of the marked absence of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) in the EFT profession, at this time we are limiting our scholarship awards to those who identify as BIPOC and who are already working directly with these communities in some capacity such as a licensed therapist, social worker, nurse, public health advisor or community activist.
The scholarship at this time is limited to EFT Level 1-2 trainings which can be found at: www.efttappingtraining.com/events
Please read and follow the below guidelines carefully before applying for a Scholarship Award.
Partial Scholarship Availability & Award Amount
Whenever we are able to award scholarships for a particular course or program, our partial scholarship award can cover up to as much as 50% of the full rate. Our scholarship award determinations are made based on several factors, including the size of our award fund and the approximate number of students enrolling at the full rate.
Applicants should only apply for a scholarship if they are able to pay for at least 50% of the course fees. We make every effort to offer partial scholarships for the majority of the programs that we offer, but we cannot promise to have scholarships available for every course.
Partial Scholarship Qualifications
To qualify for a partial scholarship, prospective participants must complete and submit a Partial Scholarship Application Form, answering all questions on the form honestly and fully.
Individuals who are already enrolled in a particular course are not eligible to receive a scholarship for that course retroactively. We only accept scholarship applications from individuals who have not yet enrolled in the course of their request.
Partial Scholarship Application Submissions
Prospective students may submit a scholarship application as soon as a particular course is announced. Applications are accepted at any time prior to the course’s start date and up to weeks prior to the onset of the course. See link below for the Scholarship Application Form.
Partial Scholarship Award Notifications
All applicants will be notified of their award status by email, typically within one week of application. We will automatically expedite last-minute applications whenever possible, and we appreciate your patience while applications are in review.
Course Bonus Policy for Scholarship Award Recipients
Scholarship award recipients will receive all of the standard course bonuses that come with every purchase of the courses. Early-registration bonuses are not offered to scholarship recipients.
Refund Policy for Scholarship Participants
As stated above, the intention of our scholarship program is to support individuals who are dedicated to becoming increasingly empowered change agents, but who otherwise would not be able to afford to enroll in one of our programs. We, therefore, expect applicants to be firmly committed to their course participation, and for that reason, the portion of the course fee paid by scholarship recipients is non-refundable, regardless of what the standard or advertised refund policy is for full-tuition attendees of that particular course.
