Before becoming a Certified EFT Coach, Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner and a mental health & addiction counselor, Rita Crockett was fired from a job, grew up in chaos, lived a fear-based life, said “yes” when she really wanted to say “no,” believed getting drunk or eating sweets was the only way to have fun. Today she knows that negative self beliefs, poor choices and emotional pain are also roots to addictions.

Today Rita enjoys partnering with people who have some sobriety and are transforming their lives by resolving their own root issues. These may include other addictions: smoking, gambling, workaholism, etc. Negative self talk; under employment; fear of tests, job interviews, disappointing others or oneself. Whatever the painful experience, it can become a life lesson.
