A common life force resonates within us and it surrounds us, weaving us into inseparable connection with all sentient life, Earth, the universe, and the unmanifested. As infinite beings, knowing this totality is integral to our consciousness. As beings in finite bodies, we often lose sight of life’s sacred and vast nature.
Claiming our relationship with the infinite means opening to our sacredness and our true spiritual potential. This is our work. And the key — the code — of this work is energy. Come join our dialogue to explore the necessary role of energy practice, the importance of transcendent experience, and our essential connection to Earth.
Author of Where Body Meets Soul, Elizabeth Frediani’s life work in subtle energy healing began in 1973. While practicing walking meditation at a lake in northern British Columbia, she experienced a profound perceptual opening. Elizabeth describes it as “walking from the physical world into a sea of light and energy.”
Her sojourns into light became her daily practice — and soon Elizabeth came to understand the body’s ability to interact with energy and energy’s ability to transform consciousness. Over time and under the mentorship of Light Beings, Elizabeth developed a whole system of subtle energy practices and transformational process work. She founded the Transformational Healing Institute in Boulder in 1984 and directed the school for seven years.
Elizabeth lives on Whidbey Island and works with clients and students locally, nationally, and internationally. Her current group programs include Chakras: Renewal for Soul and Body, Soul Force Meditation Series, and Shadows, Wisdom, and Wholeness.
