Can Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Be Effective in the Treatment of Emotional Conditions? Results of a Service Evaluation in Sandwell; Stewart, Boath, Carryer, Walton, Hill

This service evaluation in a Sandwell, UK, NHS community clinic found EFT to be effective in an average of 5 sessions to significantly reduce individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, anger and other emotional conditions. It is the first pilot study performed in a National Health Service clinic in the UK.
