We are thrilled to share the wisdom and experience of our colleague La’Quesha Fonrose, a licensed therapist and certified EFT practitioner with over 15+ years of experience working in the mental health field. She specializes in working with millennial women, specifically Black mothers, who are survivors of childhood and complex trauma living with uncontrolled stress and anxiety who are looking to find relief and are ready to focus on their own self-care. In this interview we explore common signs and risk factors that increase mental health issues for mothers in the black community as well as some of the common myths ad challenges that black women and mothers face in our society. She also shares personal experiences of discovering and using EFT in her own personal journey towards greater balance and self care.
