Digging deeper into potential sources of secondary gains takes us to the arena of lack of deserving. When working to achieve something better in your life; i.e. healing from a chronic health condition, finding an ideal relationship, making the income you desire, finding close friendships, etc. the desired outcome can look very clear but the achieving of it can often feel out of reach. The many ways we might have learned that we don’t deserve: health, happiness, success are the key places we need to learn to find and tap on in order to release the subconscious curse of “I don’t deserve to resolve my problem.”
