In this episode we explore how to find and get to the bottom of a common fear of so many tapping practitioners as well as other solopreneurs, the disabling Fear of Putting Yourself Out There. This often appears for early practitioners who can feel susceptible to the potential of critics or commenters on their blogs or posts. It also shows up for more experienced practitioners when they hit a practice/business plateau. This often shows up when practitioners begin their specialty or practice niche development and have feelings of inauthentic-ness or lack of expertise or experience. Everyone’s version of FOPYOT is unique and so we discuss not only how it can show up (consciously and not consciously) and how to find the roots of why it may be showing up at any time.
